The Wellness Empowerment Class is a dynamic synthesis of Energy Medicine, Meridian Therapies, Neuro-plasticity Applications, Qigong Techniques and Energy Psychology. The rapidly expanding field of Psycho-neuroimmunolgy embraces the integrated wholeness of the physical, mental, emotional, psycho-spiritual and energetic levels of beingness. This class empowers the participant with resources for daily health maintenance, addressing all manner of common ailments from back pain to anxiety, headaches to digestive upsets and everything in between. Bring your issues! Each class is unique and will be tailored to your requests. Think of it as ‘systems optimization’ for body, mind and spirit. And what’s more, it’s fun!
LOGISTICS: WHEN: Tuesdays from 7 – 8:15 pm beginning March 18, 2025. Space is limited and participation is on a first come, first served basis. Doors open at 6:30 pm and will be locked at 7pm sharp when class starts. Arrive early!
COST: $20/class, cash only, payable to instructor at the door prior to start time.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: Please refrain from wearing any type of fragrance to class. Please leave your cell phone in the car. All participants are required to sign in prior to start of class.

Juliet Mathison is a licensed healthcare professional and healing arts educator with over 30 years experience in private practice. Juliet is the creator of multiple original healing arts educational programs for professionals. These programs range from weekend seminars for CEUs to one and two year comprehensive healing arts practitioner training programs. Juliet has taught at Emory University’s School of Public Health in Atlanta, GA, and is co-author of the book ‘Transform Your Life.’ She is an NCBTMB Continuing Education Approved Provider # 1000129 and a Florida Dept.
