Integrative Trauma Resolution

Integrative Trauma Resolution (ITR) is a comprehensive training program for experienced healing arts practitioners who are looking to expand their skill-set into the leading edge of energy medicine and beyond. The ITR training provides the participant with lifelong tools for radical healing, transformation and empowerment. The course is vast in scope, extending beyond the confines of obsolete Newtonian physics into the realms where neuroscience meets quantum mechanics, biology meets the light-body, and the healing process itself is a journey into our fractal, holographic, multidimensional nature.

Integral to the training will be instruction in precision muscle testing, which is the gold standard in professional Specialized Kinesiology practice. Muscle testing is a bio-electrical communication tool, that once mastered, affords the practitioner the opportunity to access and pinpoint otherwise unavailable information, with precise specificity. It is a phenomenal tool of immense value to the healing arts practitioner. Upon completion of the training, the student will be certified in Integrative Trauma Resolution and will also graduate as a Specialized Kinesiologist.

The course consists of a series of 13 workshops held once a month for a total of 312 classroom hours of training plus client practicum assignments between workshops. Each workshop consists of 3 days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The course is scheduled to accommodate those who may already have a busy schedule and those who travel in the summer (snowbird friendly), thus we take a long summer break (with practicum assignments) from July to September, resuming in October. So the training takes approximately 16 months to complete.

The ITR training is experiential and hands on, right from the get go. Students will be taking the archetypal ‘Hero’s Journey’, otherwise known as ‘walking the path of the wounded healer’, for it is in sharing the gifts we have ourselves received that the true value of healing is recognized, integrated, and expanded upon. This work goes into the depths of process, and as such, it is not for the novice in these matters. It is for those who are already on an established path of psycho-emotional healing, self liberation and personal evolution.  This is more than just the means by which you learn how to facilitate Integrative Trauma Resolution for others. It is an opportunity to take your own self healing to the next level, in fact, that is an inherent requirement, since the training is process driven and will unfold organically as we journey this path together.

Course Content

The ITR training provides instruction in concepts and methodologies that address the multifaceted nature of core wounding and traumas of all kinds. Listed below are some of the areas of focus that will be explored throughout the training. There is much more, of course.

• Precision Muscle Testing: Specialized kinesiology, utilizing the clear circuit indicator muscle, clearing preliminary circuits, neurological switching, gait integrated testing and more.
• The Amazing Brain: The nature of the neural net, trauma fusion mechanisms, behavioral trigger circuits, limbic system functions, neurochemistry fundamentals, unplugging the neuro-chemical driver, neuroplasticity applications, brain integration techniques, neuro-linguistics.
• Biofield Science, subtle energetic anatomy and function, bioelectricity, chakra dynamics, and more.
• Energetic Hygiene, transference, projection, boundaries, empath empowerment skills.
• The Vagus Nerve: Doorway to the ANS. The role of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) in healing trauma, redirecting circuitry, correcting ANS dysregulation.
• Cymatherapy: Therapeutic use of sound (tuning forks, voice, rattle and more).
• Meridian Therapies: Psycho-emotional functions of the meridians, meridian tapping techniques, multiple acupoint applications.
• Plant Medicine Allies: The interface of plant molecules with neurochemistry and more. (This is not a reference to entheogens – just for clarity).
• Sacred Geometry: The structure and function of Sacred Geometry in both subtle and dense human anatomy and physiology. Applications of Sacred Geometry in healing.
• Dismantling pain patterns: Electro-physiology of pain mechanisms.

• Group dynamic energetics.
• Developmental Milestones: Hidden determinants, opening pathways, emotional maturity.
• Matrix Recovery: Primal denial and primal unity, opening timelines, parallel realities.
• Archetypal Wounding: Healing the collective male and collective female archetypal wounds.
• Clearing ancestral lineage/ genetic legacies.
• Excavating Limiting Beliefs: Subconscious beliefs born from trauma perpetuate the wounded state – understanding mechanisms in order to dismantle, redirect and rewire.
• The Akash: Clearing trauma from other incarnations. (NOTE: this work goes beyond what is generally known as past life regression). {ALSO NOTE: Hypnosis is not required for the methods of past life therapy taught in this course}.
• The Nature of Soul Fracture: Processes of soul integration, shamanic techniques.
• Quantum non-locality, fractality, our holographic nature.
• Embracing the path of self mastery: Processes for inner alchemization of limitation into liberation, suffering into awakening, and victimhood into sovereignty.

Key Concepts / Compatibility

There are several key concepts that form the foundation of this work. These concepts have to do with frequency dynamics and are fundamental to the safe and successful completion of the ITR training program. It is essential that any interested party be in agreement and alignment with these concepts if they wish to submit an application for the course.  These concepts, involving entrainment, coherence, entropy and trajectories are described in this audio file* for further elucidation, and to help clarify whether or not this training is a good match for you. Eligibility Requirements

The ITR training program is an advanced course of study suitable for experienced practitioners only.

The training may be of interest to a broad range of healing arts professionals, such as massage therapists, acupuncturists, energy healers, holistic health consultants, naturopaths, kinesiologists of other disciplines, chiropractors, life coaches, herbalists, or similar. The eligibility requirements for those considering submitting an application are as follows:

• A minimum of 3 years in private practice in your chosen healing arts field.
• Readiness, willingness and ability to invest in the time necessary to complete the training.
• Dedication to your own ongoing healing journey
• You are in alignment and agreement with the concepts described in the audio file*.

Contraindications for Enrollment

(Yes, of course these factors will be obvious to most mature practitioners that might be considering taking the training, but this is on the internet and it behooves us to be VERY CLEAR on these matters right from the start so that all may navigate appropriately to their rightful place in the universe! So here we go).

This training is not suitable for you if…

• You are undergoing treatment for anxiety or depression or have been within the last 3 years.
• You are taking any form of psychiatric medication, or have done so within the last 3 years.
• You are inseparably addicted to your cell phone.
• You believe you do not have any issues of your own; you just want to help others.
• You are not in alignment and agreement with the concepts described in the audio file*.

About Your Instructor

Juliet Mathison has been teaching healing arts for over 30 years. Her broad range of training and experience spans both western medical models of anatomy and physiology, and multiple branches of energy medicine and esoteric healing, providing a richly diverse learning resource for the discerning practitioner. She has deep insight into the human condition, and the ability to hold a space of safety and trust in which healing can happen. This combination of embodied experience and heart centered integrity allow her to teach organically from the fertile alchemy of whatever arises in the present moment.

Logistics

SCHEDULE:

Every effort has been made to structure the training to accommodate those who already have a busy work schedule. The training consists of one three day weekend workshop (Fri, Sat, Sun) per month, plus one practice session exchange (one facilitate, one receive), per week between classes.

The training is held in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. Although many of us call Sarasota home year round, some also travel during the summer months, or return to their summer homes in cooler climates. This is factored into the schedule so that eligible ‘snowbirds’ are welcome to apply.

TUITION COSTS:

The pricing and payment structure is designed to be affordable and accessible to the student.

Each 3-day workshop, held once per month, costs $777.00

Payment is by the semester. Each semester must be paid in advance. The first semester must be paid by the registration closing date of December 15, 2024. There are 13 workshops in total. We have 3 semesters of 3 workshops each, at $ 2,331 and 1 semester (the final) consists of four workshops, at $3,108.

FAQs

Q. I am an energy healer with experience in multiple techniques, but I do not have any formal training in anatomy and physiology. Would this exclude me from applying?

A: No, it would not exclude you, however those with knowledge of anatomy and physiology will be at an advantage. The more knowledge of A & P, the better. Those without A & P education are encouraged to avail themselves of the free resources afforded by the many YouTube channels* that teach these subjects. If you have found this webpage in advance of the next course start date, you will have the opportunity to get some basics under your belt before we start. Plus you will learn whatever A & P presents itself organically as the training unfolds, so you are welcome to apply. * (Sam Webster is good, also check out KenHub).

Q. I am not clear on the terms ‘muscle testing’ and ‘kinesiology’. Are they the same thing?

A. All muscle testing is kinesiology, but not all kinesiology is muscle testing. Kinesiology is the study of movement. There are two primary categories, or distinctions. Kinesiology is the study of the physical movement of the human body. Specialized Kinesiology refers to the study of the movement of energy and information within the human bodymind complex. Specialized kinesiology always involves some type of muscle testing. This concept is further explained here.

Q. What if after I start the training I realize that this is not the right path for me?

A. Prospective students are encouraged to feel into the energy of what is written on this webpage and to only apply if you feel a strong resonance with what you find here. The essence of the work is deliberately communicated here for this precise purpose. Trust your heart and choose accordingly. If, however, by the end of the first three-day workshop, you realize that this was not the right choice for you, then you will exit the course and your tuition fee for the entire semester will be refunded to you. (Tuition is pre-paid by the semester.)

Q. Does this course provide CEUs for other professions?

A. No. This is a stand-alone course. It is a complete course of study in its own field, however Life Spectrum Institute does provide CE courses for LMTs. (Other professions pending).
